Our Shiner holiday song, Homes for the Holiday, is a call for people to find their own way to connect with and celebrate the winter holidays - in a deliberate and mindful way.

The intention behind this release, other than to share our latest musical endeavour with you all, is to raise funds and awareness around the disturbingly pronounced housing crisis.

To that end, we are shining a light on (and donating net profits from the sale of the song to) organizations like the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights (CCHR), the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) and More Neighbours Toronto (MNTO), that support and advocate in various ways for the right to housing, that is, a right for everyone to have an adequate, accessible and affordable place to call home.
