Lyrics
His was the end of an era
In too many ways to count
But count we must
And so entrust
This jeweller’s legacy
Born in war
From cusp to core
And out the other side
A jeweller’s strife
Burnished life
with
Quiet
Defiant
Pride
Eckhaus to Lukashevich
Then Schaffer and a will
More than survive
He chiefly thrived
Gilding what hope would instil
Born to war
A pyrrhic chore
It burdened every breath
A jeweller’s strife
Burnished life
with
Quiet
Defiant
Depth
Not tinker, tailor, nor spy
But maker of precious things
With gems and ore
Words and lore
All that which only love brings
Born from war
Then Platinor
He carved his renaissance
A jeweller rife
With joyous life
A quiet
Content
Jouissance
